Shipping
Our primary method of shipping is the USPS. If a different method is preferred, please email info@cruxsupplyco.com prior to placing your order. Processing and shipping times vary, but orders will typically take 3-5 business days to ship. All orders include insurance and tracking. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please note: we cannot be responsible for lost/stolen packages after the item has been delivered.
We do ship internationally. We use USPS First Class International and USPS Priority Mail International for international shipments. Please note: tracking is not available for First Class International.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns are accepted on sealed/unused products within 14 days of receiving your order. Buyer pays return shipping.
